Interface — the AI Chief of Staff
The one point of contact a business owner talks to.
You describe what needs to happen in plain language. The AI Chief of Staff understands the whole business, decides what to delegate, tracks follow-through, and brings judgment calls back to you. You do not manage a dashboard of disconnected assistants.
Why this tier: Breivax already runs its own operations through this discipline every day. That operating practice is demonstrable. It is the only “available today” claim this site makes about a customer-facing product experience.
What you experience: Ask for a cross-function status; get a synthesized view, clear follow-ups, and a short list of decisions that need you — not eight separate tool summaries to stitch together.
Persona — specialized AI business roles
A small, fixed set of governed roles — not an open-ended swarm of agents.
Each role is scoped to a business function (Accounting, Sales, and Operations first), with permissions and escalation boundaries. Roles are governed AI business roles, not employees and not unrestricted autonomy.
Why this tier: Internally, Breivax already coordinates specialized roles under one accountable interface. A customer signing up and connecting those roles to their own books, CRM, and processes is still being productized — it is not available for signup today. Early-access conversations are welcome.
What you will experience (when shipped): A role that keeps a function current and explainable, escalates consequential actions to you or the AI Chief of Staff, and stays inside defined permissions.
Orchestration — coordinated work across roles
Sequencing, handoffs, and conflict resolution so the owner is not the glue.
When two functions touch the same decision — for example, a sales commitment and an accounting implication — orchestration keeps the work ordered and visible. The value metric is reliable coordination, not agent count.
Why this tier: The coordination pattern — directed work, tracked outcomes, escalation when blocked — is already how Breivax operates across its own functions. Customer-ready packaging of that pattern rides with the beachhead roles above; the operating discipline itself is evidenced today.
What you experience: Work moves between roles without you manually copying status from one tool into another, and blockers surface before they become silent failures.
Integration — permissioned connections to your systems
Secure connections to the tools a business already runs — when they are actually supported.
The platform is designed for scoped access to accounting systems, CRM, email and productivity suites, documents, and other business applications. Named product connections ship on this site only when they are real — not as aspirational logos.
Why this tier: Breivax secures its own infrastructure today. Customer-facing connections to an external business’s QuickBooks, CRM, banks, or document stores are not yet a demonstrable product offering. Downgraded to platform vision until they are evidenced for customers. This page does not claim always-on or real-time automation that is not built.
Design intent: Each connection is permissioned per role. Consequential writes sit behind human approval — the same governance posture described in Security on the homepage.
Memory + governance — continuity and control
Institutional memory, human approval gates, and reviewable actions.
Context persists across weeks and quarters so last quarter’s decision is not lost when a task ends. Consequential actions require a human gate. Permissions scope what each role can touch, and owners can review what happened and why.
Why this tier: Persistent operating memory, explicit human-approval workflows, and evidence-before-claiming-done discipline are how Breivax runs itself now. That is demonstrable. Broader compliance certifications are not claimed here — we do not list certifications we do not hold.
What you experience: The team does not “forget” prior decisions; you stay accountable for judgment calls; and you can ask what was done without reconstructing it from chat history alone.
