Breivax's operating system uses a durable, typed event log for meaningful state changes: work started, progress, blockers, completions, and human-action requests.
Reliability hardening continues. The mechanism is real and in daily use; unattended reliability is still being strengthened — we do not overclaim perfection.
Example: When a role is blocked, the event surfaces with severity and a clear ask — instead of silent stall.
Why this tier: The event bus is part of how Breivax operates now. Known reliability gaps are acknowledged rather than hidden.
